About

A player first

I’m Roger Blevins Jr. I’ve spent decades touring and making records, and I still play for a living. Guitars have been in my hands my whole life, and I’ve always cared about how they feel and how they sound more than how fancy they look.

I built guitars casually for years. During the Covid lockdown I got a CNC machine and started learning the rest of it: cutting bodies and necks, finishing, wiring, and finding the right parts and the people who make them. Along the way I built offsets, thinlines, prototypes and a few mutts from the parts pile.

Over the last few years I’ve narrowed it down to one guitar, the Leo. It’s the T-style I’d take to a desert island. Some parts I make here, some come from makers I trust, and every Leo is assembled, aged and set up by me to professional standards.

The goal is simple: a professional-level instrument at a price working players can reach. I’m one guy, so there aren’t many of them. If you want one, get on the list.
